The solicitor / friend, Mr Kypros Nicholas of Nicholas & Co., is referred to in MY WILL, published at this website, because of the solicitor's parts in constructive frauds and his reliance on the Law Society and the police to ignore his parts and invisible services to persons who are encouraged and used for the creation of the different tongues societies, referred to in the creation of the creators of the alleged creator of all and everything*. The letter on the right was delivered by hand and by Recorded Delivery to the police. As with all other criminal activities reported to the police in Haringey NO ACTION WAS EVER DEEMED ESSENTIAL by the police maintained at the public's expense. The issues REPORTED TO THE POLICE ON THE OCCASION, as covered in the letter, were supported by the REALITIES & FACTS STATED, BY THE EVIDENCE SUBMITTED & LEGAL ARGUMENTS, resting and founded on Parliament's Law, also European Union Promotions and assurances in respect of the rights of citizens resident within the boundaries of the Union, to benefit from :- "Without prejudice to the powers of the European Community, the Union's Objective shall be to provide citizens with a high level of Safety within an area of Freedom, Security & Justice by developing common action among Member States in the fields of police and judicial co-operation in CRIMINAL MATTERS & by PREVENTING & COMBATING RACISM & XENOPHOBIA. That objective shall be achieved by preventing & COMBATING CRIME, ORGANISED OR OTHERWISE in particular terrorism, trafficking in persons and offences against children, illicit drug trafficking and illicit arms trafficking, CORRUPTION & FRAUD... Letter to a senior police officer with a supporting Statement - Declaration (2 pages and a case   reported in the press a year earlier published below).

The case reported in 'The Times', just a solicitor who milked the client in civil proceedings first & thereafter advised him to go to the police.(*FXXX)

Abusers of trust and the courts' facilities, apparently are assured of protection from prosecution care of long established arrangements between the Law Society, the police and judicial chair occupants.     All, evidently, are free to engage in the creation of FALSE INSTRUMENTS through contempt of the Law and of the facts and the realities covered in statements supported with documented evidence and commitments COVERED BY LAW.     Of such elements, the issues, the facts and the deceptions. Such were the scenarios when Andreas the son of the late Harita was presented with the BLUNT FORGERY when Mr Kypros Nicholas of Nicholas & Co. was indulging at his client's expense and providing invisible services to the criminals who set out to defraud his client, in the first instance.     Interestingly the misrepresentations as of the time when the late Kyriacos Petrou Joannides / Ioannides who *borrowed funds in order to 'buy' Maria's share in the property which the two daughters (Maria & Despina bought) with the 'patriarch (who could hardly pay for his cigarettes and travelling to and from work expenses) recorded as the borrower. As the head of a large family he benefited from a Local Borough loan facility. Maria changed colours in late 1997; the new colours AFTER Maria, and Savvas with assistance from the invisible services provided to the deceitful and dishonest by Mr Kypros Nicholas & his subordinates, had engaged in new fraudulent in intent activities. The deceitful acted so in order to secure consent for Probate of the Will of the fraud of a father 25 YEARS LATE 'care of false pretences and deceitful invitations / declarations, by Maria and others who engaged in negotiations for an agreed 'end to the problems created by an abuser of trust, (the fraud of a father) who treated the property recorded in his name (for the creation of a Will) as if the property was his to do as he pleased and as he was guided, assisted and encouraged by his youngest brother, (Mr Theodoros Petrou Ioannides / Joannides) also the dishonest and deceitful of his offsprings (Maria, Costas and Savvas) whom he had put on the same tracks he had been before and as of when he asked for the hand, of the late Harita Tzirkalli Katsantoni, in marriage.

The STATEMENT - DECLARATION (above and next image) by the late Harita Tzirkalli Katsantoni - Joannidou was called-for, AFTER the abusers of trust secured signatures from the first born Andreas, the third born, Despina and the three who had, in the past been party to the conspiracy between the three & their father.      The three - Maria, Costas & Savvas readily provided their signatures and consent to Probate of the Will of the abusive of trust and fraud of a father, Kyriacos Petrou Ioannides / Joannides. The mother, Harita T K Joannidou / Ioannidou was simply dragged along with whatever the deceitful created with fraudulent intentions, as transpired subsequently. She was shaken into the realities of her late husband's creations, the three following in his footsteps (as deceitful fraudsters) and the Will he created in respect of a property that was held in trust and never was his to do as he pleased.     The deceived mother woke up to the realities of the consequences after the provider of invisible services (Mr Kypros Nicholas of Nicholas & Co.) was contacted.(contd. >>>>)

The solicitor's submissions, in writing, made it very clear that he had been party to the scams and fraudulent in intent invitations by Maria, Savvas, the husband of Maria and the eldest daughter of Maria & Yiannis, Ms Rita Ioanni Antoniades.

Maria the first born - Link from here to a letter sent in response to solicitors whom she and her husband retained, and instructed in order to promote and seek furtherance of the fraudulent ways she adopted from the patriarch and fraud of the father of the five born of the late Harita T. K. Joannidou as the deceitful and conniving follower of the evil ways of the patriarch; thus acting as the deceitful and conniving follower of the evil ways of the patriarch. Andreas the second born, after a second pregnancy ended prematurely - Link from here to the events that caused him, Andreas, to secure from the late Harita T. K. Joannidou answers to burning questions after Maria's husband, Mr Yiannis Antoniades and the youngest brother of the late Kyriacos P. T. Joannides, whom the late Harita raised and looked after (as a newly wed) because her husband had been acting as guardian of his youngest brother and attending to his needs, including the paid for secondary education that Theodoros was benefiting from in Nicosia, Cyprus. Needless to say the element of GREED & ILL LEGAL gains part of the services organised and on offer by followers of the lesson by examples stated in the Old Testament, the most offensive of frauds ever to have been bequeathed to mankind, to 'the sons of men on planet earth', by the creators of the work through which the promotion of their creation, the alleged creator of all and everything. (*F3) Costas (Constantine) the fourth born - The son who fell in love with the first female ever to have targeted him, as an inactive male and as a suitable catch. He engaged in undisclosed plans of his own, as to marriage, with the temptress Stella Nicola Trypofti - Joannidou and thereafter indulged in additional undisclosed activities attached to deceptions and a conspiracy he was a willing party to; a conspiracy between the fraud of a father, the eldest sister (Maria) and the youngest brother (Savvas). An alleged mental state ensued, after he was caught engaging in intended deceptions on family members, because of an undisclosed and undeclared bank account (which account was earning interest, interest which he failed to declare to the Inland Revenue. The self proclaimed genius had been assisted, covered up and used by the other conspirators (in the original conspiracy between the father and the three named in this paragraph); all acting as ardent followers of the teachings of their late father, all active practitioners of the teachings by examples stated in the Old Testament. The aim of all four had been (as of the concept of the conspiracy they entered into with father) to impose on other family members the usual turmoil and evil ways that are promulgated, in allegedly civilised societies by known followers and practitioners of the teachings by examples stated in the Old Testament. Of such activities and encouraged practices, for centuries, millennia, the creation of states that arrogantly have been misrepresented by the creators as allegedly civilised states and societies that allegedly rest and are founded on principles of Law & Order. In his response Mr Kypros Nicholas (& Co.)  disclosed HIS PART, in the blunt deceptions and arrogant abuse of trust leading to the intended furtherance of the different tongues routines, the root of which Andreas recognised as a teenager while studying the Old Testament - not surface reading, as he explained to mother, (and to his younger sister Despina) after the letter from the solicitor was delivered by the postal services. 	The deceitful and dishonest rely also on the tolerance and kindness of the wronged family members, also on the uncaring and crafty to ignore the obvious for a number of reasons, including the elements of - (1) 'If it does not affect me, it matters not to me' (unaffected family members), (2) 'Goody we can benefit out of this for the wronged will need our services and we shall see to it when the parties end up in court, thet we milk them dry' (the legal professions) an d (3) 'Never mind the false instruments, the forgeries, the fraudulent misrepresentations and the securing of pecuniary advantage as a result of invitations by the wrong-doers to entertain offers from them under false pretences. I am 'telling you' that the issues you are raising with and reporting to the police are civil matters for there is no element of any breaches of any law and the police cannot get involved!
