Disclosure, by the solicitor Kypros Nicolas, of Nicolas & Co., to whom, apparently, my youngest son, Savvas, had given instructions for the solicitor to transfer of the property, known as 16 (and 16a) Woodside Road, London N22 5HU, to Rita, the eldest daughter of Maria, raised many questions. My two daughters acquired the property, which, for a number of reasons, was registered with the authorities in father's name; Andreas, was the person who handled all processes from the onset at the time, inclusive of securing for father (the 'patriarch' of a family of seven) a fixed intertest rate mortgage facility through the Corporation of Wood Green, amalgated, later, with other Borough Councils into the new Haringey Borough Council. Both daughters were meeting the monthly mortgage repayments and Council Tax payments alternately, until Maria was given her share, by my late husband. He was caused to, in fact he elected to borrow the funds warranted, after Maria demanded her share of the proprty's worth, and with her husband they went as far as to instruct a local estate agent to place the property on the market, without reference to any other. Allegedly (as my late husband told Andreas, at the time) the couple did not even tell him (my late husband), what they had done even though he was the person in whose name the property was officially recorded, as owner, albeit in trust as every family member knew. Everybody got to know of the family arrangements and how the property was acquired; even friends and neighbours, not simply extended family members were made very much aware of the arrangments and that father WAS TO HOLD the property in trust, until such time as the two 'girls' got married, at which times, other arrangements could be made.

The letter, below, which the solicitor Kypros Nicola of Nicolas & Co., was caused to forward to me, included the usual constructively engineered creations by solicitors, as Andreas explained to me. I was asked by Andreas to furnish to my younger daughter, Despina, information relative to the promotions which Mr Kypros Nichola was asserting in his letter. At the time Andreas told me of the need to speak frankly and honestly because the parts and the activities / failures by the three star performers in the scenario that was created and enacted, prior to the promotion of the assertions by Mr Kypros Nicola, pointed to much more than the assertions contained in the solicitor's letter. Andreas explained that frankness and honesty was an absolute must because of the the failings and the deceitful ways of Maria and Savvas'. Andreas explained, also, that the use of the very solicitor, who, my youngest son Savvas was fully aware of the fact that the solicitor had engaged in criminal activities, decades earlier. Andreas pointed out that the very solicitor, as Savvas knew, was more than just a by-stander but a conscious party to everything. Andreas reminded me that the victim of the criminal activities, in which the legal circles indulged at the time, were conducted with the blessings of the Law Society, the police and the Judiciary, all of whom failed to act honestly, honorably and in contempt of the law applicable to the scenarios Andreas found himself subjected to by the legal circles.

In so far as my son Andreas was / is concerned nothing but typical activities by a solicitor while allegedly acting for a client, by entertaining and consciously assistig in criminal in intent activities. There the parts of Mr. Kypros Nicolas (&Co.) were reporded / recorded alongside the fact that Kypros Nicolas -as countless other solicitors- have been, for decades, relying on the infamous Office for the Supervision of Solicitors, also on the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman to cover up and endorse the criminal activities of the legal circles and the courts; precisely as the Police Complaints Authority had been doing in respect of complaints against the police, irrespective of the fact that complaints and reports rested and were / are founded on defaults, ommissions and convenient failures to bring about prosecutions of criminals whose activities were / are supported with documented evidence as in the instance at hand, when the police failed to act in contempt of the vidence and the information submitted in a Section 9 Statement. *Link from here to the text where reference is made to the fact that a Section 9 Statement had been delivered to the police BUT they failed to take any interest or act in any way, in the usual manner when the legal circles and or members of the police are reported to have acted in contempt of the Law. *Link also from here to an extract from the Gospel according to St. Luke and consider why such words to the lawyers of the days when the New Testament was being edited but the creators of it, IF they were not very much aware of such ongoing activities by Lawyers?

Το πλαστό έγγραφο ο δικηγόρος παρουσίασε στον πελάτη του, σαν δήθεν γνήσιαν απόδειξη που θα οδηγούσε στην αθώοση των απαταιώνων που ήχε μυνήση, εκ μέρους του πελάτη του, για να λογοδωτήσουν σε δικαστήριο για τις ψευτοπαραστάσεις που τα έγγραφα που ήχε παραδώση ο πελάτης του στόν δικηγόρο μαρτηρούσαν το αληθές στην θπόθεση που ανέλαβε σαν δικηγόρος που θα αντιποσωπούσε τον πελάτη του και τίποτε άλλο. The dishonest rely on abusers of trust and the contemptuous of the law - Link from here to stated facts & the foundations upon which the reliance to conclude so.  

The deceitful and dishonest rely also on the tolerance and kindness of the wronged family members, also on the uncaring and crafty to ignore the obvious for a number of reasons, including the elements of - (1) 'If it does not affect me, it matters not to me' (unaffected family members), (2) 'Goody we can benefit out of this for the wronged will need our services and we shall see to it when the parties end up in court, thet we milk them dry' (the legal profesdsions) an d (3) 'Never mind the false instruments, the forgeries, the fraudulent misrepresentations and the securing of pecuniary advantage as a result of invitations by the wrorg-doers to entertain offers from them under false pretences. I am 'telling you' that the issues you are raising with and reporting to the police are civil matters for there is no element of any breaches of any law and the police cannot get involved!
